Please be aware that this is not a review, as I have never had this figure in hand. The pictures were provided by my good buddy James aka Caked-Up.
Remarks: Way back in 2006, IDW Comics released an out-of-continuity min-series called Hearts of Steel, set in the late 1800s. The Transformers, having been on Earth since the Ice Age, awoke and scanned the latest in high-tech machines, meaning trains, zeppelins, and biplanes. The series was later folded into the main IDW continuity in a very complicated way that would take too long to explain here. Anyway, a few years later, seeing as Hasbro was making no move to actually produce any figures for this series, Mastermind Creations, a brand-new third party figure, launched their Knight Morpher series, bringing a few of these figures to life. The first was Mastermind Creations Knight Morpher Commander and a bit later the Seekers came out as well, Warper here among them. He's meant to be Skywarp, of course, but could not be called that for legal reasons, of course. Still, my buddy James got him back then and was kind enough to send me these pics.
Fast forward to 2025 and Hasbro has just announced that they will release Hearts of Steel figures this year. So far Starscream is the only Seeker announced, but when was the last time a Starscream was not repainted into a Skywarp? Reactivate does not count!
