Please be aware that this is not a review, as I have never had this figure in hand. The pictures were provided by my good buddy James aka Caked-Up and I have reviewed other versions of this toy, which are are linked below for reference.

Remarks: Ferak is a character created for the 2014 Botcon exclusive set, titled Pirates vs. Knights, and he was a member of the pirates, just in case you're wondering. The figure is, of course, a repaint of Universe Cyclonus (or Henkei! Henkei! Cyclonus or Reveal the Shield Cyclonus, take your pick). It comes with Targetmaster Tornado, himself a repaint of Targetmaster Nightstick, who came with Cyclonus (all of them). Ferak has resurfaced in recent years as part of the Walmart exclusives Star Raider miniseries in Legacy United, once again a repaint of a Cyclonus.
